The Galaxi Series controllers are designed to function at high level play & withstand extreme abuse, using a newer generation of step sensors called a Force Sensitive Resistor, or “FSR”. FSRs offer a much more durable design compared to traditional step sensors, and provide a more robust input by using an analog signal that provides reliable registration and allows players to adjust panel sensitivity through the firmware*.
No more stomping to get them to register, fully assembled and calibrated for play, the Galaxi Mat is ready to go out of the box with driverless setup and included accesories, so you can plug in and get the party started right away! Which one is right for me?
For those looking to bring the arcade experience home, look no further than our Galaxi Mat EX lineup. Featuring a metal outer frame, metal switch framing, solid 3/4” thick ply base, polycarbonate build materials, and multiple sensor zones, the EX provides excellent durability in a very solid platform. A reinforced handle bar option is also available to complete the setup. No cheap panel flexing or flimsy materials here. In fact, we are so confident in the quality and performance of our pads, we’re willing to match them up head to head against original arcade mats. (Be sure to keep an eye out for updates, we hope to feature our pads for public play at Okashi video arcade in Houston, TX!)
For more advanced players or those interested in a light weight, portable design, we offer the Galaxi Mat Mini. Optimized for minimal forms with a unique internal frame design to allow extreme responsiveness from the FSR sensors,the Mini will stand up to intense marathon play sessions.

Open source software gives users complete control over how they want to configure their setup. Don’t worry if you’re not a power user, our guide allows you to get basic control up and running in just a few minutes!*
The Galaxi Mat is controlled using modified open source software* that enables the sensors to be adjusted in a WebUI and saved to user profiles. We plan to add additional lighting controls, profile options, and bug fixes over time as we develop and grow the software ecosystem. *Notice: The software is currently in beta & we are working to resolve any issues reported by users. Software is designed for Windows 10/11. Linux/Windows 7 is fully compatible however the software instructions for the Galaxi Mat is written with Windows 10 in mind and compatibility cannot be guaranteed.
